Voce tem um CDX cara???
Eu andei procurando na internet sobre esse tal tutorial pra desmontalo, e nao encontrei nada.
Se tu tiver o endereço ai, posta ele, eu agradeço.

Ja sobre os saves, eu nao tenho certeza, mas o sonic CD eu ja notei que ele da continue legal, mas nao consegui, pelo menos nao sei onde que é, que se formata essa memoria, é como no play1, ligar sem CD na unidade???

Outra coisa, sera que essa Bateria ai, com o tempo nao vai pro pau???

Eu nao sei se devemos postar isso aqui, mas seria interesante fazer um tópico so para ele, CDX, nao acha???

Cara, muito legal esse esquemas dos jogos, mas eu so terminei ate hoje o jogo Cadash em um mega drive de verdade, o resto, so em emulador mesmo, com o save state

Ja o altered beast, eu sempre chego naquele primeiro chefe e morro
Mas nunca me envolvi de realmente terminar o jogo,quem sabe uma hora dessas.

E o que eu procuravaq tambem nao esta ali, nenhuma delas fala de tirar
tal e tal parte primeiro... depois outra...

Já que há anos fui eu a plantar a semente do medo nos corações dos usuários do fórum que queriam abrir seus CDXs, cá está o procedimento correto:

**ATTENTION** Do NOT OPEN UP YOUR CDX IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH USING A SOLDERING IRON
AND OPENING ELECTRONICS. IF YOU ARE A NEWBIE TO MODDING, TRY ANOTHER CONSOLE FIRST! IT'S
NOT FUN BREAKING A $100+ SYSTEM!

4.1 How do I open my CDX without damaging it?

That Said, I will tell you I have broken two CDX consoles discovering the information for
this FAQ. Read this following words carefully and do not open your CDX unless you KNOW
how to mod. First off, you have to unscrew everything. There are 11 screws total, but you
ONLY want to unscrew EIGHT. All the screws are small Philips heads. The first 4 are on the
bottom of the console. (EDITOR NOTE: That the remainder of the screws are located in

reference to bottom of the unit. Meaning: you are looking at the unit from the bottom when proceeding here.)

The next one is to the right of the A/V out jack. The 3rd (read
carefully) is above and inbetween the volume control and line out jack. DO NOT REMOVE THE
SCREW TO THE RIGHT OF IT. That screw holds in the CD cover hinge, and it's a pain in the
ass to re adjust. After that, open the cartridge lid. There are 2 more larger Philips
hidden inside there. The last 2 screws which you will only need to touch to tighten the CD
lid are the screws on the ends of the lid. They are quite small.

Now that your system is open, you will notice there is copper shielding (grounding) on top
of everything. DO NOT just rip it off. You must use your soldering iron to remove it.
The copper sheet is connected in 4 places. The first, is right above the power button in
the lower part of the PCB (if the front of the console is facing you). Melt the solder and
slightly lift up the sheet there. The next 2 places (which differ from console to console
and are sometimes not there) are to the lower right of the system. The Soldering points
are easy to spot. Carefully melt the solder and make sure you hold your iron there BRIEFLY,
these tabs are easily broken/burned off. Once you have done that you can carefully pull
out the large copper sheet. LEAVE THE SMALL ONE TO THE RIGHT ALONE! It is still connected
underneath the top PCB. If your CDX does not have the two soldering tabs mentioned earlier
on the right you CANNOT REMOVE ANY OF THE SHEET YET. You will have to bend it to the right
out of your way for the time being. Do so carefully.

Now, to remove the first PCB. THIS IS THE HARD PART. First, remove the thin black plastic
with the two round end at the top underneath the cartridge port. If you removed the right
screws hidden inside the cart port earlier, this will easily lift off. Next, you will need
to grab your Philips to remove the 2 tiny gold screws in the back corners. They are holding
in the power PCB. carefully unscrew those and make sure you don't lose them. Next, you
will notice a wire connecting the power PCB to the rest of the unit (it's usually brown and
it's above the piece of plastic you removed). Use your soldering iron to melt the solder
connecting the bottom half and lift it up to disconnect the 2 PCBs. After that's all done
*whew* look at the front of your PCB. Some models of the CDX have two wires soldered to the
left and right of the power button. Again, these are usually brown. Melt the solder and lift
them up. Now that that's all done you have some fragile work to do. Look at the upper right
of your CDX and you will notice there are actually a large amount of pins there. You need to
look closely inside. Remove this by CAREFULLY lifting up the top PCB HOLDING ONTO THE RIGHT
SIDE. If you lift it from another angle, you could damage these extremely fragile pins.
Also, onece the pins are out, make sure to pull it outwards toward the back of the unit so the
controller ports will lift out. Once you remove that top PCB, set it down with the pins facing
up.
Next, if you want to get to the lower PCB, you need to remove the metal shielding There are 7
tiny gold screws holding it down. Remove them. Lift the metal shielding out making sure to be
careful of the long black plastic power button. Now look at that copper shielding thats left.
See why I told you not to touch it? It's connected to a resistor which is soldered to the PCB.
Melt the solder and now you can remove it.

Now, removing the Bottom (CD) PCB. This is slightly difficult. Reach in and lift up the PCB,
pulling it to the left (this is to remove the headphone ports and volume controle from the
outter casing which can be difficult and damaging). Make sure do do this carefully. Also,
I recommend you do this with the console facing CD tray-up (with you PCB facing down) so when
you pull everything out, the lens is safely assisted by gravity. If you don't, you will pull
the ribbon cable connecting the Lens, and that's not good...
Once you have that removed you're all done! There are two more obvious screws holding in the
plastic in the back if you want to remove them (though I don't know why you would need to).
