What do the little letters with circles around them stand for on Tec Toy games, and why do some games have them while others do not?

lol... I was thinking about it YESTERDAY!
I don't have any idea of what those letters mean. Perhaps some kind of split for genre? A is for Adventure Games, B for Platform... don't know.
cheers

Some letters were priced higher than others.

Yeah, it was a price system, I remember to read that somewhere. I think it's because of the crazy economic period Brazil was facing at the time (pre-1994, when the Plano Real came). They used to have a price table, with the letters corresponding to the values, and this table was frequently updated to match the unbelievable inflation rates, which changed drastically within days. That's my guess, because it was the way comic books were sold around that time.
